okay since I am up late working let me be the first to wish me a Happy Birthday.
…Actually wound up working until 4am. Wowzers! This was after doing my Wed night ride, which turned into a 3 man team time trial. The two other guys are both over 50, yet I was struggling to stay with them. The kicker is that I am actually getting pretty close to some decent race fitness (a few more rides like that ought to do it though ;0)
