I wouldn’t put any flowers in your hair or you might get your ass kicked. I think what I am saying is that this is a city in every sense of the word. It is not really the gentle place I have been lead to believe it is. Sabrina and I hit the SF MOMA this afternoon, and now we are taking a quick rest before we head on over to the Fisherman’s Wharf for site seeing and sea food.

Tonight we are going to go and see the new Harry Potter film over at the Metreon. Tomorrow we a going to go up north to the Muir Woods before heading back down along the coast to LA.
Geez I am beat. I am so ready for our little Thanksgiving break next week-end. Sabrina and I are going up to San Francisco for a romantic little get away. I am going to try to keep the cycling to a minimum. Probably I will bring the bike, but just going out for an hour or so each morning to stay fresh. I have been loadin the miles on my bike lately. Working 45 hours a week and cycling 21 hours on top of that is pretty taxing week in and week out. I think that today it has caught up with me a bit. I was riding up the Crest and I saw a guy well up ahead of me so I drilled it a bit to track him down. After catching him I was more than content to sit up and be social. Anyway, I found some time to update my blog as I am sitting here waiting for a program to finish running. My efforts at work seem to be paying off. My boss gave me an award for most improved (I chose a new IBM sports backpack since my old Rudy Project one is pretty trashed). Speaking of Rudy Project, I am going to have to hit up my sponsorship deal with those guys for some new lenses (including my new prescription lenses).

I thought I would post this photo of my AZ homeboy Phil from his trip to the World Championships this year. Just a little extra inspiration. I spoke to my cycling team captain last night and it sounds like it’s on for this season. I am pretty excited. My fitness is totally on track. I haven’t been this strong on the bike for the last three or four years. In any case, I will be ready to take a break in a couple weeks and relax on some nice beach in Maui.
Found this sweet image from IKO.
