Went for a decent ride Saturday on the Montrose training ride. Finally getting a little consistency in my riding again. Then in the afternoon I went with my friends to see “Joe Kid on a Stingray”. If you liked “Dogtown and Z Boys,” I would highly recommend seeing this film. For me it was also a great trip down memory lane.

Then yesterday Sabrina and I saw a coyote who has been haning out down below our house. I have seen them down there a couple of time before, but never for this long. Unfortunately, my batteries were dead so I was unable to get any pictures. Afterwards we went for a nice bike ride down throught the LA Beach communities from Manhattan to Palos Verdes and back. Later we went to Gladstones in Malibu for some seafood on the beach. All in all, not a bad week-end.
